Program Timeline

Let me guide you through a two month journey of focused self reflection and self actualization, helping you maximize your life, career and relationship success. This program takes a focused and purposeful approach to helping you self reflect and self actualize, to facilitate your ability to be authentic and love yourself and others. For eight weeks, you will be guided through a meaningful process of self exploration to help you realize your inner potential and attain your goals.

Weeks 1 & 2

Who am I? This is a question we start asking ourselves at a very young age and it continues throughout life and various developmental changes. Answering this first question encourages you to explore your personal inner feelings and thoughts about yourself and your current life. These first and second weeks are all about you and we will engage in dialogue as you concentrate on awakening the deepest parts of your being.

Weeks 3 & 4

What is my calling? This is a question we start asking ourselves in school as we prepare to set out into the world as professionals. Answering this second question encourages you to explore your calling in purpose and work and how you personally best contribute to society. These third and fourth weeks are all about your career and we will engage in dialogue as you concentrate on awakening the truth of your professional calling.

Weeks 5 & 6

How do I relate? This is a question we start asking ourselves as we realize our social natures and develop into social beings. Answering this third question encourages you to explore how you interact in various close relationships. These fifth and sixth weeks are all about your relationships and we will engage in dialogue as you concentrate on awakening your inner capacity to give and receive in relationships while also maintaining your individuality.

Weeks 7 & 8

What are my priorities? This is a question about your needs now, to shift your thinking to be very specific about your priorities. Answering this fourth question encourages you to explore what your main priorities are, so that you can better focus on areas in need of attention. These seventh and eighth weeks are all about your most pressing needs and we will engage in dialogue as you concentrate on awakening your sensitivity to your needs and taking action to meet them.
